Great Car Repair I was recently involved in a car accident where another car T-boned me after running a stop sign. Prestige Volvo repaired my car so well, that it nearly looks brand new. Specifically, Jay Rosen was extremely helpful in aiding me with the process of having the car fixed. Jay, as well as the staff at Prestige Volvo, were instrumental in making this process as easy and painless as possible. I highly recommend this dealership for completing service on your Volvo! More

Great and easy buying experience I recently purchased a used Volvo C70 convertible. I went to the dealership late in the afternoon and met with Todd Garno. I originally purchased a C7 I recently purchased a used Volvo C70 convertible. I went to the dealership late in the afternoon and met with Todd Garno. I originally purchased a C70 that had higher miles and less expensive than the 2 others they did have in stock. It was a quick and easy deal. Maybe an hour! Since it was late in the day they had to prep the car the next day. After contemplating overnight I decided to purchase one of the cars that had less mileage and the balance of a warranty. I rushed to the dealership the next morning so they did not begin to prep the first car. I sat and spoke with Todd again and the General Mgr Matt Haiken and within 1 hour all papers were signed and credit approved. The car was prepped that day and when I went back to pick the car up I spent time with Todd reviewing all the features of the car and I took it home. The car was prepped perfectly. Kudos to the service dept. After reading the manual I still had some questions on the radio and I went back the next day and met with Jay Rosen the service mgr. He kindly went over the few questions I had and we were all set. Now we have all heard some stories about how harrowing buying a car could be. Not that way with Prestige. I would highly recommend them. In a nutshell - Knowledgeable and fair! More

Jay took the situation in hand and managed the repair with the insurance company, and he made certain that I was well represented with the insurance company to ensure that my car was fixed to Volvo standards. Jay is an extraordinary advocate, customer representative and a man of his word. If Jay says he'll get something done, it gets done. He is a man of his word and quality work. More

Poor customer service! Our car is less then 1 year old factory guaranteed bumper to bumper. A small part of the exterior door handle fell off in November2014. A women from the service dept. told me it was not under warranty. They told me I would have to pay for it, it was a $34.00 part. I had to get my husband involved. He tried calling the owner, Mr. Lenny Hankin, the women answering the phone refused to put him through. They referred me to the service manager, Jay Rosen's voicemail. I had to call back a second time for him to respond. He explained to me the $ 34.00 part does not just fall off. He insinuated we abused i to make that happen. My 2014 XC6 has keyless entry which is always used to enter the car. Weeks pasted did not hear that the part was in, my husband had to reach out to Jay Rosen if the part was in. It was. No one ever contacted us about the status. When we took the car in for the part and service the car was returned to us not washed. When we leased the car, the sales manager told us any time we bring the car for service it would be washed. IT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS TO HAVE TO CALL THE OWNER AND GET THE SERVICE MANAGER INVOLVED TO ARGUE OVER A $34.00 PART! More

Incredible Customer Service My back right tire popped on the way home from work and I had to get home to pick up my kids. Roadside assistance said they would be there within an My back right tire popped on the way home from work and I had to get home to pick up my kids. Roadside assistance said they would be there within an hour which would not have worked for getting my kids on time. I called Prestige Volvo and within 15 minutes Jay Rosen drove to me, filled my tire, wasn't thrilled with the result so he drove my car back to Prestige to ensure my safety and let me drive his. They got my car in right away and I made it home to pick up my children on time, Not only did Jay go out of his way for me, he did it with a smile. This is my 3rd different car from Prestige Volvo and the entire process from leasing/buying to the maintenance and service is second to none. I could not imagine better customer service at any other dealership. More

I have had my Volvo serviced at Prestige Volvo for over 8 years and they have dispersed any misconceptions of car dealers being the too expensive when I have had my Volvo serviced at Prestige Volvo for over 8 years and they have dispersed any misconceptions of car dealers being the too expensive when it comes to car service. Everyone in the service department is helpful, but I would like to commend Patricia Sommerville for her incredible professionalism, expertise, dedication and friendliness. Patricia always seems to go above and beyond to help customers and she is always smiling, no matter what sort of challenges she may be facing. I can go to a service shop closer to my home, but I prefer going out of my way to Prestige because of their unparalleled service. More

Fabulous Service at Prestige Volvo (esp. Jay Rosen) Jay Rosen and his team at Prestige Volvo were terrific. They got my car in, diagnosed the transmission, and repaired it quickly. Jay also went above and beyond by making the repair more comprehensive yet much more cost-effective than going to the local transmission repair shops. What more could you ask?
