Exceptional care on demand I called Jay with only a few minutes left before closing because I needed a new tire. I will never leave you hanging! As we were about to leave for a beach vacation early morning last week we woke up to a check engine light on. I had delayed a second car purchase for months..I despised dealing with ca I purchased a beautiful 2010 Volvo s80 back in March..Tod was our salesman. I had delayed a second car purchase for months..I despised dealing with car dealers. The experience I had with Tod at Prestige was so unlike any dealership I had ever encountered. No pressure and highly relaxed. A pleasant experience from start to finish. A month later there was an issue with the car and I called and spoke to Jay Rosen, who was the service manager..He tried to talk me through troubleshooting , but nothing seemed to resolve it. Since I live over an hour away, I was not thrilled to drive back. Jay was nice enough to come meet me on a Saturday on his way down while golfing. He explained the problem to my husband and it was resolved. While there, Jay noticed another sound and suggested we bring it up to have it looked at. I brought it back to Prestige where they addresses the problem, a quite expensive part, at no charge. I must say this was a very pleasant car buying experience unlike any other. I have Red Bank Volvo 15 minutes away from me, I would chose the 1 hour ride to Prestige anyday. More

Jay at Prestige said to bring it in right away and he'll take care of it. As soon as I got there, Jay hooked up my car, updated my software, and even gave me a wash.
