Jay Rosen & his team are always willing to go the proverbial “extra mile”. Not only is Jay knowledgeable, but extremely proactive offering suggestions & insights. They recently serviced our LR2 Land Rover as well. Why? Because the Prestige team was infinitely more focused on us, the customer & their pricing substantially lower than the Land Rover dealership! Prestige Volvo is There For Us It's very stressful to have to take your car in for a serious issue when you're a busy mom with kids to care for, and prestige volvo gets it. An engi It's very stressful to have to take your car in for a serious issue when you're a busy mom with kids to care for, and prestige volvo gets it. An engine error message showed up while driving with my young children and soon after my car was not driving properly. Thinking 4:30 pm was too late to get service, I called Jay to let him know what was going on anyway. "Come right in" he said. The minute I pulled up the team began diagnosing and repairing the problem. My kids got snacks and we were made to feel assured our problem would be solved, all while visiting staff who know us well. Jay and his team are experts at quickly problem solving and treat me and my family just like family. I'm a customer forever! More

Amazing Dealership!!! I took my car in for servicing this past weekend and was blown away by the service at Prestige Volvo. The service department is amazing, from answering any and all questions to making sure that my wait was as comfortable as possible. Additionally, while I was waiting for my car to be ready I noticed how the sales team, receptionist and members of the finance team interacted with the customers. I cannot recall the last time when I saw every single person at a car dealership smiling and going out of their way to create the most comfortable experience for their customers. Prestige Volvo creates an experience that is second to none! More

Jay Rosen responded to my inquiries with meaningful attention. I felt that my questions were answered thoroughly, my car was completely attended to and I truly felt like his number one priority. Andy Mucci's knowledge and confidence and Jay Rosen's time and attention assured me I made the right choice of where I went to have my Volvo attended to. I am certain their day was booked but while I was at Prestige Volvo I felt like I had their time and attention. I live 4 hours away from this dealership but I mean it when I say- it was worth the drive! More
