Best Service Ever! Jay Rosen provides the most personalized, caring service I have ever had with an auto dealership and service organization. When my husband was in an a Jay Rosen provides the most personalized, caring service I have ever had with an auto dealership and service organization. When my husband was in an accident leaving our XC90 in bad shape, he made it easy for us to bring it to Volvo rather than going through insurance recommended local shops. He communicated regularly, was always responsive and made the whole process seamless and fast despite the fact that this all happened just before Christmas and New Years, requiring even more coordination. He even helped with car rental coordination. Yesterday, we found ourselves with a popped tire at 10 pm. We got a spare on and I called Jay (a Sunday morning) and he drove in all the way to the service center to take care of me. Jay is a rare gem and I would work with him and this dealership any day over others. More
