Well— Prestige Volvo has done it again thanks to the help of Jay Rosen and staff. Our car got hit, $4,500 worth of damages. One normally panics, gets upset, gets angry etc. My partner and I never have any of of Jay Rosen and staff. Our car got hit, $4,500 worth of damages. One normally panics, gets upset, gets angry etc. My partner and I never have any of those emotions because we know when we call Prestige Volvo, they literally say “Bring the car in. Don’t worry about it. We got you covered.” When we got off the phone with them, I believe the phrase my partner used is “I love feeling like I am treated like It matters.” Jay, especially, never fails at making us feel at ease — and our car has some odd luck on its side and we have called him in bizarre situations. We never have to lift a finger to get a rental car situated or deal with the insurance company. It truly is an amazing experience. In fact, we compare all service we get to how we are treated at Volvo. Highest recommendation for Prestige Volvo and their service department. More

Dealing w/ insurance claims is always a pain but Jay did everything he could to make this as easy as he could. Jay got my XC90 repaired quickly and gave us peace of mind knowing it was in good hands. Dealer Service Dep't Excellence I recently leased a 2020 Volvo XC90 and was involved in a rear-end highway impact, nearly $10k of damage (and the car was solid as a rock, nobody inju I recently leased a 2020 Volvo XC90 and was involved in a rear-end highway impact, nearly $10k of damage (and the car was solid as a rock, nobody injured thankfully). Immediately took the car to Prestige Volvo, where Jay Rosen, Service Director helped me out beyond any expectation I had. He managed the complete repair process and after 3 weeks I just got the car back and it's perfect, and I know quality body work! Really appreciate the team at Prestige and the level of customer care they offered me. More
