Prestige Volvo's Jay Rosen I have been driving Volvos for more years than I am willing to admit--solely due to the number of birthdays I have enjoyed. I learned how to drive in I have been driving Volvos for more years than I am willing to admit--solely due to the number of birthdays I have enjoyed. I learned how to drive in an old Volvo sedan. We owned two Volvos when we moved to NW New Jersey in 2002. I was lucky enough to discover Prestige Volvo, and more importantly service Manager Jay Rosen. There are not ample words to express just how expertly he runs the service department, and how exceptionally knowledgable he is. Because of Jay, we ended up purchasing two newer models from Prestige. And because of Jay they were always in tip top form. We moved from New Jersey several years ago. When I encountered a problem recently, it was Jay I contacted, not the local folks. I knew he would know just how to handle the issue, which of course he did. Local dealership service folks simply cannot measure up to the exceptional level of Prestige Volvo's Jay Rosen. And when we need a replacement car? Yep, you guessed it. More

Jay, service manager, and his team of mechanics are outstanding. I bought a preowned S60 with a warranty. The car had a few quirks which were tough to correct. Each time, they gave me a loaner car w outstanding. I bought a preowned S60 with a warranty. The car had a few quirks which were tough to correct. Each time, they gave me a loaner car which made things seamless. The part that sets them apart is the care Jay expressed towards fixing the car. 2 repairs were rather uncommon and ultimately required almost two weeks to fully diagnose and correct. This all happened in the last month of the warranty. Jay always kept me updated and I'm very pleased with the car. I'm quite sure others would run the clock out on the warranty. Not Jay and Prestige Volvo! Thanks everyone. I appreciate all the commitment and determination. More

Beyond “above and beyond”!! I just came back from my suv being serviced today and the service I was given....second to none! Having an urgent matter that needed resolving asap, A I just came back from my suv being serviced today and the service I was given....second to none! Having an urgent matter that needed resolving asap, Ana slipped me right into the schedule and Jay made sure everything went super smooth and got me out of there in no time flat. Even the mechanic that worked on my car delayed taking lunch to make sure I got out of there quickly. Deciding to purchase a volvo and from this dealership, in particular, turned out to be a great decision. Highly recommended! More

They Do It Right I keep coming back to Volvo because of the service at Prestige Volvo. I do love my car, but I really love my experience with the folks there. Recently I keep coming back to Volvo because of the service at Prestige Volvo. I do love my car, but I really love my experience with the folks there. Recently, my partner and I were in a bind with trying to get our rotors fixed during the Covid quarantine. I called Prestige Volvo for some help and spoke with Jay Rosen in the service department. He remembered us and his exchange style immediately not only put us at ease, but changed our experience from one of "another thing to take care of" to a sincere appreciation of the support we were receiving. Without hesitation, Jay told us to bring the car to him. We were in PA at the time about an hour out. He made me feel confident to drive the vehicle. He said that since it was same day that we would probably have to wait a couple of hours, but he could help us. When we got to Prestige Volvo, we were greeted with kindness and a wealth of knowledge about the situation with our car by Bob at the front the desk. We were there for not even a half an hour and our car was already up and being serviced. We didn't have to wait at all! During out visit, both Bob and Jay came and literally sat down and spoke with us with sincere familiarity. This is what keeps us going back there. I have not mentioned how we were both working remotely and the convenience of their show room and waiting room accommodations, or the mocha Keurig machine --- and how I needed to take a Zoom meeting and they let me use a private space, which of course is stellar. Still, it's the people who work at Prestige that keep it at the top of my list of all service experiences yet. More

Today I brought my car in for routine service and they were responsive to my inquiries and completed the service effictiently. The waiting area is clean, spacious and of course, the coffee is always ready when you need it. Most notably, I noticed every employee was committed to wearing masks, gloves and kept their distance the entire time from every customer during this Covid crisis. More

Jay Rosen was quick to provide his personal cell number, and not only check in before, during, and after our appointment, but respond within MINUTES when I texted on Easter weekend about an issue that same tire showed. Jay was willing to meet us there on the weekend when everything was closed - which was unnecessary, but just showed how above and beyond he's willing to go for people. We had the absolute best experience and will continue to not only come here to give them our business, but recommend them to anyone in the market for a car. More
