-100 stars. charged me $120 JUST TO LOOK AT MY CAR. ANDDDD BROKE MY GLOVE BOX. So I just paid them $120 and now I am waiting for a sales rep to try to fix my glove box. that individual is nice to help ANDDDD BROKE MY GLOVE BOX. So I just paid them $120 and now I am waiting for a sales rep to try to fix my glove box. that individual is nice to help in cold wind but so sad the mechanics did this. poor service. don't ever trust ur your car with this place!!! I traveled from Lancaster, PA to check out a Honda Element I saw on line. My time at NuCar was positive from the start. Jay Mikesell, the sales person was warm and friendly. I felt he really wanted to Element I saw on line. My time at NuCar was positive from the start. Jay Mikesell, the sales person was warm and friendly. I felt he really wanted to find a way to make it possible for me to own the Element. The person in Finance was great, also. Once again, there was no pressure to add things to the deal. I would definitely recommend NuCar to my friends. Honest and friendly...can't beat that at a car dealership!!! More
