Excellent appt process. While I waited for check-in with Damon, svc advisor, Lacey recognized and apologized for delay, reassured me Damon would take care of me soon. I didn't feel Damon was personable nor customer-friendly..very matter-of-fact. I appreciate svc video assessment by technician; video would have meant more to me if technician used audio to identify parts of car he was videotaping to better understand repair recommendations. Martin Honda technicians do this with their assessments. Otherwise, service was completed in a satisfactory manner. Check-out process was streamlined and associate was friendly.
Great dealership wonderful staff wouldn’t buy a car anywhere else!!!!!!! they are the best!!!!!
