Sales Crew Needs Some Training They could have sold me a car because I really liked the car but the sales person was not knowledgeable about the vehicle, which wouldn't have been a They could have sold me a car because I really liked the car but the sales person was not knowledgeable about the vehicle, which wouldn't have been a problem it he just said "let me find out and get back to you" but instead my questions were answered with Snapple facts. He literally just made up answers to my questions to try to convince me to purchase the 2015 on his lot versus looking at other years at other locations. You simply cannot do this in this day in age with Google. I was looking up the right answers online as he was Just blatantly making stuff up. He lost all credibility and then I honestly couldn't trust him enough to consider any vehicle. When I emailed the manager after my test drive to request a call as I had several concerns that I wanted to voice about my unknowledgable sales guy, the manager just forwarded my email to him and then he called me. So when I tried to tell him that I did some research on the vehicle and found out the answers to my questions, he then proceeded to retract what he had said the day prior. Its hard to buy a car from someone when they don't even know their products enough to answer any questions or who are just going to give you the answers they think you want to hear but are incorrect. More
