Alan was a great help in getting my new car, we came in without knowing what we wanted to do. Just needing to test drive cars and get a new car for me as my old one needed to be replaced. Bought a car from them couple days ago. Car was full of issues that were not disclosed by this toyota dealer. The driver assistance system was permanently restricted. This dealer did not disclose it at the time of the sale, before or after. I contacted them and they said to take it to the dealer near my house (Which i live 5 hours away from them). Of course, this is what i did. But the fact of the matter is that this is a shady dealer and i would avoid it at all cost - go to another dealer to buy your car. These guys don't do their due diligence, and once you buy a car from them, they will not help you if it has issues. More

He is personable and helpful. Made the process very easy. I picked up my vehicle in the evening so the next day Jason Han explain some of the drive controls. Then Kenny texted and called the week following the purchase. When I asked questions about the backup camera Kenny invited me to come in again so he could demonstrate more of the features. I would highly recommend Toyota of Cool Springs. Additionally the service lounge looked so comfortable that I plan to bring my new RAV4 to Cool Springs for service every 5k miles despite it being 15 minutes farther than the Toyota dealership closest to my home.
