I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with this dealership. It took over a month to schedule a service, and during that time, no one answered the phone or returned my calls. The parking lot was fil dealership. It took over a month to schedule a service, and during that time, no one answered the phone or returned my calls. The parking lot was filled with customer cars, and it’s clear they’re struggling to manage their workload. It’s disappointing that a company would operate like this, especially when it directly affects customers. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. Either invest in better customer service and infrastructure or stop selling products you can’t support. It’s unacceptable. More

It is hard to get an apt and the service has gone downhill. We have used this deal for service go over 15 years and the last 4 service has not been good. No communication about the status of your vehicle throughout the day. Diagnosis report came back with filter needing to change but no call about it so I need to make another appointment to have it ch throughout the day. The dealership was very helpful and kind. They even had use do a test drive which was really good. I just want to thank for checking my engine and kept it for 2 days and found it to be in good condition.
