Have always had exceptional customer service with Oxmoor Ford Service Team. Have had issues at other dealership service centers so I now bring both my Rapter and Explorer to Oxmote Ford. I have never seen a more disinterested “service” staff. Pulled in not a soul greeted me I approached the only person not on their phone or with their nose in the computer told him I had a 10:30 appointment Pulled in not a soul greeted me I approached the only person not on their phone or with their nose in the computer told him I had a 10:30 appointment was gruffly told to see someone at another desk. Again no greeting was told that it would take about an hour and was directed to the visitor lounge. After about 90 minutes I saw my truck pulled up and waited about five minutes for someone to let me know what was going on. I went to the “service” advisor and was told he was waiting on my paperwork. I really felt like he thought he was doing me a favor. The only remotely conversational exchange was when he asked me to give him a good review. I’ve had service there before and at other dealerships but I will most definitely going back to Tri-County or Bill Collin’s for future work. More

I appreciate their professionalism with hospitality atmosphere. At arrival an associate directed me to the department before I could even ask. The staff is very attentive to their customers. Checking i atmosphere. At arrival an associate directed me to the department before I could even ask. The staff is very attentive to their customers. Checking in my vehicle was an efficient process. Dontae reach out via text, letting me know that he would be my POC , around thirty minutes after I dropped off my vehicle. Dontae communicated efficiently about the repairs/ recalls. Repairs/ recalls were completed in a week. Thank you! More
