I brought my 2025 Ford Bronco in for a CarPlay issue where the system stayed on after the vehicle was turned off and door was open completely. Unfortunately, my vehicle sat at the dealership for three d where the system stayed on after the vehicle was turned off and door was open completely. Unfortunately, my vehicle sat at the dealership for three days without resolution. Communication was very poor — I was told I would receive updates, but I never did. I had to follow up myself and still did not receive a clear explanation or solution. Ashley Austin was my service tech and she was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Continuously talked over me while I was on the phone with her trying to explain the issue. When I came in to pick my vehicle up, she did not even acknowledge me. After having Kendrick (wonderful mechanic) look at my car, and him telling me that my CarPlay should not be doing that, she still did not offer a solution or offer to make a future appointment. This service is unacceptable when I bought a brand new car with this dealership last year and have been a loyal customer. I would be happy to speak with the General Manager in more detail if he is interested. More
