Took about 8 hours and were told about 5 different
things. Said that everything was finalized but someone else said it wasn't finalized and we still are being told different things. The car was really

The car was really dirty and had a bunch of scratches and dents we were not aware of. Being there for 8 hours we wanted to get home with our kids and should've looked over the car more closely. I got nothing I asked for, I wanted to get out of a Chevy, no money down and payments under $600 a month. I left with a Chevy, $500 down and $647 a month payment. I still don't even know if the car is ours because I don't know if the deal is finalized.
