We were greeted by Frank who was very courteous and knowledgeable of the vehicle. He answered all our questions with out applying pressure. Jamie made a point of introducing himself and made us feel welcomed. The final negotiated price was fair, one that we felt we were not taken advantage of but was also a fair profit margin for the dealership. Reg completed the transaction, throughly explaining the process, post sale options. Although there's another Toyota dealership more convenient to us we are committed to having all service performed at Handy's and will be visiting them again with our next purchase. More
