Very long wait to check in, see service advisor, get loaner arranged and 15 more minutes just to have loaner brought around to pick up. Total time wasted about 75 minutes. I had an appt scheduled for Monday morning. I came in as scheduled after dealing with Jaime (who was very nice) in the drive I was told I would have to wait and speak to the SA to write repair I came in as scheduled after dealing with Jaime (who was very nice) in the drive I was told I would have to wait and speak to the SA to write repair order and receive the reserved loaner car.I waited 1/2 hr no one ever came to write up a RO. I pulled my car out of service. I am still waiting 3 days later for a return call from the service dept or Josh.. Nothing. Disappointing after a good purchase expierence More
