Replaced all 4 tire pressure sensors July 2024. This month, one sensor indicated off line. Called Jamie and told to bring the car in for service. Sensor tested and failed. I'm not happy this Sierra 2024 has spent more time in the shop than it has on the road. I could discuss how I was handled as for as getting a loaner six hours after I called in ahead of time asking for one shop than it has on the road. I could discuss how I was handled as for as getting a loaner six hours after I called in ahead of time asking for one to be ready. Being late for a funeral then missing my 50th birthday party 🥳. Oct 5th truck was bought to dealership. December 5th received text truck was fixed. Two months to put in a transmission on a 2024. What the heck a transmission on a new truck. I don't like the idea of the payments outlasting the vehicle. No xxxx I'm not happy...... More

Blake was awesome. I do wish they would have done a better deal but they did get me my truck. Frank took care of me when the door wouldn’t unlock.
