I was having problem with my 2014 BMW X5 and I didn't know where to fix. So I took the vehicle in local mechanic shop usually I get oil change from and they told me to contact BMW dealership near by for warranty work. But, I was afraid that I end up paying more for whatever repairs it might needs beside warranty work. But I found BMW Catonsville which have the best reviews in area. No wonder why they have the best reviews in area. Service advisor Jamie and Client advisor Jae customer service was above and beyond. They were honest and very friendly. Sam Choi was exceptional in assisting me with individualizing just the right financing package for me. I recently utilized the Service Dept. I had forgotten to order wheel locks. My service adviser, Jamie Brenneman, had me in and out with my wheel lock installation in no time. I would recommend BMW of Catonsville highly, to friends and family members. More

Best Service, Every Time! I’ve been going to BMW of Catonsville since I bought my 2001 X5. I’m still there with my 650i because of the continuous quality of service I get every time I need to take my car in, particularly from my service adviser, Jamie Brenneman, and my mechanic (now Shop Foreman) Bill Adams. There isn’t a time I call in for a service the Jamie doesn’t give me my preferred appointment time, even same day. She throughly explains any repairs needed, always made sure a loaner was available and gets me back on the road asap. I totally appreciate her help, her positive attitude and it’s been a pleasure to talk to her over the years. Bill has looked after both my cars since the day I bought them. He guided me through any repairs, pointing out current problems and what we needed to watch in the future. The care he gave my old X5 was a big part of the reason I drove it for 18 years. It gave me great peace of mind to have that type of one on one relationship. I knew because of Bill’s vigilance I would always be driving a safe, sound vehicle. All aspects of the service department are top notch from everyone on the drop off driveway, the people in the Loaner Department, the mechanics that do the work to those who take time to wash the car! It’s their friendly attitude and professionalism that makes all my experiences memorable, efficient and easy. It’s being able to work with people like Jamie and Bill and everyone at the dealership who commit to giving excellent service that will make me a BMW of Catonsville customer for life!
