I needed to trade-in my then current vehicle, a hybrid 2011 X6. I was not looking forward to the experience because car buying is not something I enjoy, but find it necessary. I attended the event and was met by salesperson Benn Edwards and the rest was history. Benn was absolutely amazing, very personable and genuine. He asked me why I came, what I wanted to purchase, and how much I wanted to spend. He did not try to pressure me into anything. We checked out their inventory and went on a test drive. After that, the decision was mine one way or the other. I met with the finance manager and departed the dealership with a CPO 2014 X5.
