They went above and beyond to make sure I received the exact car I wanted and everything was taken care of efficiently. I was able to drive off with my new Corolla before traffic hour all while bringing my puppy as well while signing the paperwork. I wouldn’t do business anywhere else! More

I guess they use the term "sales manager" very loosely today. So, I contacted this dealership inquiring about the availability of a vehicle that is listed on their website. The first response I received f today. So, I contacted this dealership inquiring about the availability of a vehicle that is listed on their website. The first response I received from this "sales manager" was that supply had improved on new models and that the dealership was not charging a dealer "adjustment." Not even close to the question I asked, but maybe he missed the question. So, I politely ask the question if the vehicle is available. Second e-mail response is that the vehicles popularity means most of them are reserved. He then mentions for a second time that they are not charging a "dealer adjustment." Mind you, I haven't even asked about the price yet. I am still trying to get an actual answer to my question on whether the vehicle on their website is available. So now I have to ask the same question for a THIRD time. He then rudely answers in all CAPS that the vehicle is not available. If this isn't bad enough, the next e-mail he sends is asking if I would like to get on a waitlist for the vehicle LOL. If this "sales manager" actually knew the product line, he would realize the vehicle I had inquired about is out of production which is why I was inquiring to its availability. Besides this "sales manager" not knowing the actual product line he's sells, he doesn't have a clue on how to speak with clients or answer basic questions. It makes you wonder who at the dealership thought it was a good idea to put this person in a management position? If you are someone who is starting your purchase online and would like to deal with a competent "sales manager" and transparent dealership, you should steer clear of Ken Quack and Toyota of Sunnyvale.
