Millis was my advisor for my recent warranty visit for the rear differential error which resulted in the diff lock not working. Millis insisted that the connector which for BD1 is melted and that the asso the rear differential error which resulted in the diff lock not working. He has refused to supply me with that picture and claims to not have access to it. I checked the connector myself and it is certainly not melted/broken. I brought this up with Millis and he simply said "IDK what to tell you but it is no longer our problem and I should be grateful they did not charge me a diagnosis fee. The powertrain warranty is for 60K miles, but since they claim it is electrical - this allows for them to deny the warranty. They are asking $7500 dollars to replace the ENTIRE wire harness (when they are insisting it is simply the connector located on top of the rear differential). Nonetheless, he began yelling, looking to his colleagues asking for assurance, and was incredibly unprofessional. I personally have not dealt with such level of incompetence before and realistically, I just want my 2021 Tacoma fixed, or at least real evidence that the "issue" is what they claim it is (again, I checked this connector and I had a 3rd party mechanic confirm my suspicions). Martin was straight to the point, no pressure, and asked what I was looking for. I originally wanted a Rav4, but after driving it felt a little too big and too much $$. I went with something a little smaller, and there was a corolla cross with very low mileage. There was none in stock and the ones coming were all reserved, and I didn't want to wait so I decided to snatch that one up. Paperwork was quick and everything was explained, and I appreciated the follow up he had after I purchased my vehicle checking in with me if everything was okay. Definitely, full service! More
I took delivery of a 2003 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid after 7 month of wait. The overall experience is fantastic and exceeded my expectation. I liked the fact that this dealership has no finance department. The salesman handles all the process which is much faster then the traditional car buying process. I particularly want to thank Martin Tamrazi who helped me from getting on the waiting list to signing all the paperworks. He made an example of how auto purchasing should be. I reached out to the dealership to inquire about the 2023 Toyota sienna. Simone wrote back and said all sienna’s are reserved and they are not putting any more people on the waitlist. Then I was asked if I was interested in another vehicle and I said yes and told them the vehicle. I never heard back from that person. Then a week later someone else reached out and said are you still interested in the sienna. I said immediately replied yes and for them to please give me an update and I never heard back. I’m wondering if I’m being contacted by bots or a real person. Im not sure. More
Clueless staff in the parts department, they do not know how Toyota's parts warranty works. I am supposed to be able to take my part and invoice to any dealership to get a warranty replacement. The person at the counter didn't know, so he went to go check with someone in the back. Whoever that person was falsely stated that I have to go back to the dealership where I bought it. That dealership is out of state and not convenient for me to return to. So either they willfully lied so that they don't have to deal with the warranty claim, or they are just clueless how Toyota's warranty works. I will update this review if they make it right. I will also point out that some of my previous experiences have been more positive - Joel in the parts department was amazing during my previous visit. More
