James Hicks joined Heiser Toyota as a Sales Consultant in 2004. He’s known for his ever-present smile. But what his fellow colleagues notice most, is its electric way of spreading to his customers. James always seems to have the happiest customers. James sure goes out of his way to make you feel like he really wants your business. He’s friendly and works his hardest to get you the best deal possible. Growing up, James had a passion for music. In fact, he was once a member of the opening act for The Four Tops and The Temptations. Heiser Toyota would like to recognize him for “The Way You Do the Things You Do”, but James would most likely respond “I Can’t Help Myself”. Outside of the dealership showroom, James is an all-around family man, the proud father of five children. Church and a faith-filled life are important to him. James is an elder in his Church, and works every day to provide an example for others to respect and follow.

James Hicks was a great salesman Our experience was good with all at the dealership. Just one complaint-- the buyers fee is too high. One of your competitors, Wilde Toyota has only a $ 210 fee. Carmax is only $99. $349 is excessive. Also, Wilde Toyota would have allowed $5000 to be charged to our credit card, not just $1000. We would have bought the car from Wilde exc. your Camry had lower miles. More

Joe Kuckuk and Dana Schilz especially have gone way above and beyond to take care of me and make good things happen. I enjoy being recognized and greeted by name when I arrive - I think that's important too. James Hicks, from whom I bought my car back in November of 2013, always stops by to say hello when I'm waiting for my vehicle to be repaired. All of these folks, and for that matter all your employees, make me feel like I'm part of the Heiser family! More

Mr.Hicks is such a kind and dedicated salesman! I didn’t think there was much hope for me to be able to get into something affordable for my financial situation, but he went to bat for me, and did everythin think there was much hope for me to be able to get into something affordable for my financial situation, but he went to bat for me, and did everything he could to make sure that I was going to be comfortable with my monthly payments! Not only that, but he made sure that I was going to be able to have a BLUE car, which was a must have for me! I just went in to chat with him and go over options for my lease-end, and I literally drove home in my new lease! I was also very please with the service that Goran provided, as well as everyone else who was instrumental in assisting my transition into a new car. It is because of employees like Mr.Hicks that I will continue using Heiser Toyota for all of my automotive needs! Thank you! More
