I have my extended warranty with them and took my truck in with transmission issues. Had to test drive just to show the mechanic the jerking when it shifted at a specific speed. It was a constant thing not in with transmission issues. Had to test drive just to show the mechanic the jerking when it shifted at a specific speed. It was a constant thing nothing that potentially could be sometimes. Then I go to get an oil change and my mechanic shows me they didn’t screw in the bolts for the transmission cover. Luckily I didn’t loose them or the cover came off. Irresponsible! I should not have to go behind a mechanic and double check work. More

My previous Jeep Grand Cherokee had serious and bizarre electrical issues. It was sent back to the factory, and even they couldn’t figure out the problem.
