The car was ready for pickup earlier then expected. Was not happy with some of the work done during the repair. Once the car was returned to me, I was unable to open the hood. Turns out that the cable wa not happy with some of the work done during the repair. Once the car was returned to me, I was unable to open the hood. Turns out that the cable was never reconnected. The cable was wedged behind the plastic panel. Was able to fix this myself. Looked under the hood to find I am missing plastic screw tabs that hold on a panel. Would have expected a better check to have been done before releasing the car to the customer. Have yet to receive a call back when leaving a voicemail message. More

I normally have to no issues. I have an extended warranty with a $100 deductible. Had a sensor replaced in Feb 2020 and paid $100 deductible. Same sensor went out in August and I was charged $100 yet again e with a $100 deductible. Had a sensor replaced in Feb 2020 and paid $100 deductible. I sent a text regarding this to the service advisor the day after I got the car back when I realized they replaced the same part and I received no response. More
