My experience of the dealership was absolutely fantastic. Jalen made sure I understood how important it was to put the car on the computer to analyze the situation because the oil light was on. I am disappointed with my experience at this service location and will not be returning. I chose this specific dealership because they advertised a loaner car service both on their website and on poster location and will not be returning. I chose this specific dealership because they advertised a loaner car service both on their website and on posters in the shop, which was essential for me as I knew my engine work would take a few days. However, when I asked about it, I was dismissed and told the service was only available to "rental car companies", a complete "bait and switch" from what they lead customers to believe. While I initially appreciated the shuttle service to my workplace, the situation devolved when my car was delayed because the wrong part was ordered two different times. This lack of competence cost me a significant amount of money in Uber rides and left me stranded without a vehicle. To top it off, when I arrived at 5:10 PM to finally collect my car, the service doors (close time was 6pm) were already locked and the lights were out. I had to go through the sales department just to find someone to assist me. Between the misleading advertising and the poor communication, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience from start to finish. More

Had service on my truck, no issues I will admit service this time was 100% better than when I was there before. I almost didn't return but decided to give dealership second chance. Glad I did.
