We were ready to give up on leasing vehicles till we came to Heiser. Our salesperson Jorgo was amazing: accommodating, friendly, and knowledgable. Jakub was in our corner as well. Our experience at Heiser was great! Everyone was friendly and knowledgable. We had been shopping around for a while for a Toyota Highlander and when we arrived at Heiser Bill L brought the vehicle into a gar and knowledgable. We had been shopping around for a while for a Toyota Highlander and when we arrived at Heiser Bill L brought the vehicle into a garage area and explained everything on the vehicle prior to us getting into the car to test drive. He actually took the time to walk us through everything and that was something we had not had in past experiences at other dealers. Also when going through the process of buying the vehicle Bill always made sure to give us an update on where things were at a how much longer it would. He kept us informed 2 the whole process. Also the warranty on our certified used Toyota vehicle is amazing!! This was a great added bonus. This dealer is about 2-3 hours away from where we live but our experience here has been so great that we will be buying out future vehicles through Bill L at Heiser. More
