James did an outstanding job! He brought the two vehicles we were interested inside, out of the cold, for us to look at. He was very personable, very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased, an vehicles we were interested inside, out of the cold, for us to look at. He was very personable, very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased, and was very thorough, taking time to explain our vehicles technical features. Also, James made sure the vehicle was inside for us when we picked it up from Heiser. I did think the additional warranty offered by financing was "pushed" to much. More

Initially, my wife and I were leery to do our used car shopping at a dealer. We had purchased our last vehicle at a dealer and were not impressed with the service once we drove it off the lot. At Heiser T shopping at a dealer. We had purchased our last vehicle at a dealer and were not impressed with the service once we drove it off the lot. At Heiser Toyota we felt taken care of every step of the way. Our salesperson was helpful and didn’t make us feel pressured in any way. They shot us straight when inquiring about vehicle history and our options for inspections. They also took care of shopping around lenders/credit unions to find us the best financing rates. Overall, strongly recommend!! More
