This dealership is filled with liars and crooked salesmen and worse management! I pity anyone who doesnt read the reviews and do further research to be educated as to what they are involving themselves in. W and worse management! I pity anyone who doesnt read the reviews and do further research to be educated as to what they are involving themselves in. Walid, the general manager is a liar and will not do what is right by the customer. Brett Smith, salesman...he lies also. He told me I had 7 days to return the car if for any reason I was not satisfied...but when I brought the car back less than 12 hours later with serious safety concerns, Brett disappeared and I had to deal with Walid, the general manager. Walid told me they are not required to do an inspection on the cars they put out on the lot to sell and he also told Mr they are not required to offer a return policy even though their salesman told me I have 7 days to return the car. Which again, I tried to do within 12 hours of driving off the lot. Do not trust anyone at Bell Honda! I've reported them to the BBB and the Attorney General and I am making it my 2nd job to inform people what a mess and crooks Bell Honda is! More

Honda does NOT care about it's customers at all. They see an issue over and over and just care about how much money they can make off of you. We had our vehicle in at least 8 times for the same issu They see an issue over and over and just care about how much money they can make off of you. We had our vehicle in at least 8 times for the same issue and they kept telling us it was fixed but it wasn't. When our extended warranty was up, and it went in for the same issue, they expected us to pay out of pocket. Since I needed my car, I had no option but to pay them for work they have done multiple times before. When I spoke to my service advisor, Joshua, I was told Honda refused to cover any of the cost for warranty work and we had to pay over $4K to replace parts for the third time. Honda had my car for almost 5 weeks, and when the rebuild company couldn't do the work for half the cost, we had no option but to pay this ridiculous amout of money. I have been a loyal Honda owner since 2001 but I will never own another Honda after how badly thisnwhole situation was handled. This whole situation could have been handled better, especially when you know thisnvehicle is a lemon and a manufacturer defect with the power steering from the start. Honda needs to work on their people skills and customer satisfaction. More
