bought My Car from Honda in Chandler with a full premium platinum package covering 100,000 miles! Aiden was my rep and I had the worst experience possible! Told him my car was covered brought it to fix the platinum package covering 100,000 miles! Aiden was my rep and I had the worst experience possible! Told him my car was covered brought it to fix the AC because it was blowing hot. Explained my coverage to him multiple times he insisted My Car was not covered. Proceeded to tell me it would cost me over $4000 to repair charged me $400 for one repair. I had to find my paperwork bring it in spoke with someone else he entered in the correct information I was directed back to Aiden even though I insisted on not using him as my rep anymore, he then told me my car was covered, but needed to be examined first again after the examination came back my coverage was willing to fix what was actually wrong, which would’ve been less than $1000 to fix without coverage! I asked for a refund considering I had a deductible of $200. I was told refund would need to be sent by mail and I should receive payment within a week. They kept my car for over a week. I got a rental for two days and still had to pay out-of-pocket. I got my car back. My AC is running perfectly. I waited three weeks no refund I called. Aiden again told me that the finance company was having trouble figuring out how to refund me my money and they would send a check that afternoon and I would receive it in a few days which I did. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with this dealership Honda off of seventh Street and Bell. I will never bring My Car here again. Aiden was incompetent. He was not due diligent with his process or updating me on refund issued. Honestly, if I wouldn’t have called they probably never would’ve refunded me my money on top of that when trying to reach them Jessica Aguilar hung up on my fiancé several times. If I could give this less than one star, I would!!! do not bring your car here and if you do make sure that you have all necessary documents, even if the documents are in their system or they are able to access them they will not go the extra mile to try to help you instead will try to convince you that you are not covered and overcharge you for things that do not need to be fixed!!!! More

They did not return my Lug Nut Key after doing the inspection. I had to spend $30 for a new one a few days later. I know that it was in the glove box before the inspection because I got new tires the inspection. I had to spend $30 for a new one a few days later. I know that it was in the glove box before the inspection because I got new tires the week before and put it there myself. The only reason I noticed it was missing is because my new registration came the next day and put it in the glove box and everything had been moved around in there. More
