I have been here a few times and they are always courteous and professional from the first minute I get there to when I leave. That includes the young people who do seemingly little errands. Everyone does their job with a smile and has never been in too much of a hurry to stop and answer any question I may have. I have had many more expensive cars but never this kind of service. I have a Crosstrek and it has served me well with NO issues after 4 years! I will get another one next year and give this one to my grandson as he enters college. More

Was very happy with my service. I called the night before and had an app. the following morning. Was offered a loaner car to use. always friendly service and a free car wash to boot. More

Professional environment with assertive up sells and creative revenue drivers. Communicative throughout your service call. They could probably utilize a small part of their profit margin to cover “shop creative revenue drivers. Communicative throughout your service call. Service was excellent all around. I was able to make an appointment on short notice. Drop off was smooth and I was provided a new loaner car while diagnosis was completed.
