This dealership, and it's workers, consists of men and women who will do anything to get the customer to pay the highest price on a vehicle. Without remorse, they will walk up to you with a smile and esse women who will do anything to get the customer to pay the highest price on a vehicle. Without remorse, they will walk up to you with a smile and essentially scam you out of the next 5-7 years of your life. Sitting in this car dealership for about 9 hours made me incredibly uncomfortable and unsure of how a car purchase would be on my own. I was raised being taught to trust people that I make business with, and this dealership has shown me otherwise. Jacqueline, the woman I reviewed earlier, is not the main source of my grievance. This grievance comes from a salesman named Ibby Mendoza. Ibby lied to our faces about the benefits that he was providing, after causing us much time and stress. To be completely clear, I understand now that it is every car salesmans' job to hike up the price no matter what, so there is no need to fire Ibby if countless others do the same. It still does not accept the things he has done though. I love Honda as a car, but I will most likely never come to this dealership again. Thank you for ruining my trust. More

I leased a 2021 Honda civic from downtown Honda for my daughter a few years back. The car has been a great deal and value, very inexpensive to maintain and reliable.
