Disappointed. I took my Lexus here the first time to check the alternator and was charged $800 for the services. I am not sure, but for the sake of argument, I am g I took my Lexus here the first time to check the alternator and was charged $800 for the services. I am not sure, but for the sake of argument, I am going to say they did a decent job. My second visit, last month, was for my A/C & Timing belt which I was charged a grand total of $1,500. $700 was paid for by the warranty and the other $800 was out of pocket. This service, I am not too pleased with given the fact that my car still has a mildew smell which I have explained to them and they were not able to provide me any type of resolution. The following day, I was getting ready to go to work and I noticed that my belt buckle is not working. I did not feel safe driving the car so I took it straight to the dealership. They quoted me $550 for the buckle and $350 for the dysfunctional belt. I pleaded with the person asking if they were able to assist in any way with the price since I was just there the day before. They did not seem concerned with me or my situation. I left the dealership and did a bit of shopping. I ended up at Sterling McCall with an appt. They originally quoted me around $150 over the phone, but upon actually completing the job they did it free of charge because the only thing wrong with my belt was the piece of plastic that had fallen into the slot keeping me from buckling it. When I came home, I called Jacob Hershman who was the representative on my account at Westside Lexus and let him know that Sterling McCall did not charge me. He asked me to fax over the work order and invoice showing proof that I was not charged. I did not have to share this information, but I did and never received a call back. After my 3rd attempt to contact Jacob, I decided to contact Mr. McMullen (Jacob Fisherman's Superior) and he did not seem to care too much and was eager to get me off the phone. Given my loyalty to this dealership, I felt highly disrespected and taken advantaged of. He did not offer a solution or any type of reassurance that this will not happen again or that his staff is trained well enough to locate plastic pieces. Car dealerships in general have a bad rep for ripping people off, it doesn't help when you add a dry attitude and inability to solve basic customer related concerns and ZERO empathy for your loyal clients. More

L certified need new tires within 1st 6 weeks I test drove my 2014 LCERTERFIED 350 and could tell the tires were not the best and I heard a roaring sound. I told my salesperson and he said it need I test drove my 2014 LCERTERFIED 350 and could tell the tires were not the best and I heard a roaring sound. I told my salesperson and he said it needed an alignment but the tires are fine. The next day I took delivery of the car and two days later the same noise heard when I test drove the car was still there. I texted my salesperson and again he claimed the alignment was done and the tires passed inspection but feel free to bring it back. I took it to the Lexus dealership in Sugarland. They in fact told me I needed all new tires and an alignment, my tires were wearing uneven. I call Westside and they made an appointment for me to take the car to them.( I didn't understand why Sugarland couldn't make the repairs) I took another day off of work and had to leave my car there for several days. The loaner was great! They in fact put newer tires on my car. They also put my plates on my car. The car drives like new.... Unfortunately, they left the tire pressure sensor off and I had to go back for them to reconnect it the next day but it the wasn't a long wait.....a 30 minutes drive nevertheless! More
