Gilbert service dept was fine. My complaint is with Volvo corporate. My second XC60 lease vehicle. Both had engine related service issues within the first 6 months. Secondly, the dealership did not have the needed parts on hand requiring me to return for follow up visits both times. The needed parts described for my current issue did not sound like a rare part issue. Volvo needs to supply their dealerships better. More
