I live only a few miles away but too far to walk so very appreciative for a ride home while you work on my auto. I always had trust in the mechanics there but now I'm not so sure. To me, your Service Dept. has too much employee turnover as far as service reps. And it seems like the warm helpful ones leave and the colder ones stay. New guy Josh was good the other day. HOWEVER, I am quite upset to learn my auto was NOT test drove after the windshield recalibration as I was told it was. (Miles IN was same as miles OUT so no test drive was done.) Shame on Volvo to have NOT provided the full service that I had to pay $75 above my $0 deductible for "VOLVO quality service". I did inform Joshua when I realized that the test drive was NOT done, that IF an issue arises because quality control was NOT done, I will hold Volvo responsible. More

The 20K mileage service went without any issues. In and out within a day. Fairly sure it was mostly an oil and filter change with just an all over vehicle inspection. I’m not sure if this was a fluke or not, but it took Volvo Cars of Gilbert several days to fix my vehicle… in the end, all it really needed was a new battery… which was under warranty. I was told it took so long to fix because a lot of their technicians were sick. While I understand, the reality is that I had an appointment that they couldn’t keep. I had to get a rental car at my own expense so I could get around on the weekend and to and from work for 3 days. I then left for a business trip and my car was still not repaired. To their credit, they sent an uber (upon my request) to transport my partner who picked up my car for me while I was away. At least my service advisor, Michael, was polite and pleasant to deal with. But when my lease is up, I don’t think I will get another Volvo - just my experience. More

I dropped off my car for service the evening before. I did not hear from anyone until about 4 PM the following day to let me know that they were going to have to keep it another day to look at the windo I did not hear from anyone until about 4 PM the following day to let me know that they were going to have to keep it another day to look at the window the next morning they called to tell me what the problem was and that I could come pick up the car. After further inspection of the car after I left my door panel was damaged and no one told me of this. I called immediately and was told to send an email and pictures to Josh. Josh followed up with an email on Monday letting me know they ordered a new door panel. It would be 12 to 14 days. They would call when it arrived to schedule the install. There was no apology or explanation. More
