Sales department has been great. Very conscientious and diligent. Finance department was professional and friendly made the tedium of paperwork bearable and even enjoyable at times. However the service department seems lackluster as there are some items not well addressed. Spoke with scheduler who was very pleasant but never was offered an opportunity to speak with a service consultant or mechanic. Tne vehicle appeared to not have been thoroughly gone through. Tires were not properly inflated (was corrected by Jack Padden). Other items were clearly not gone through. More
