I had an appointment to get my suv detailed and while it was there they finished the job they called me to pick it up and then when I came to pick it up they could not find it they took 30 minutes to find was there they finished the job they called me to pick it up and then when I came to pick it up they could not find it they took 30 minutes to find my car but wait that wasn’t all of it then another 20 minutes to find where they had left my keys they had three people look for them they finally found it in a big cardboard box full of keys and they never put a tag on the keys or put them in a dealer box to find them later very unorganized and they had my wife frustrated waiting for my car and at the end all they said was sorry and gave her the keyfob and walked way More

I feel stuck using this service center because it's the only one near me. The service is adaquate, but if they had some competition near by I would try it in a heartbeat. Issue 1: spent a Friday afternoon only one near me. The service is adaquate, but if they had some competition near by I would try it in a heartbeat. Issue 1: spent a Friday afternoon calling, each time going to voicemail and voicemail was full. Issue 2: they always seem to busy to help customers and they have signs everywhere, but none to help me navigate where to go to get the assistance I need. Issue 3: they said they did a full complimentary inspection of the car, but they did not notice the faulty taillight (did they do an inspection at all?). More

My appointment was for 10:30am fir an oil change, arrived and checked in. At 12:45 I had to ask the status of my car as no one provided any update. I find some of the service staff men to be condescending and treat me as though I don’t know what I am talking about or experiencing with the vehicle I drive every day. I find myself defending my statements each time I bring my car in. Why should I pay such prices to be treated with such arrogance. More

It unfortunately took 3 visits to repair what should have been done in 1. They miss diagnosed on my first visit. Fixed the original issue on my second visit and created a new issue. My first impression of Genesis service physical appearance: not at all pleasing to the eye. Comparing to Lexus and BMW services I have been to, it's not nice.
