Have always had wonderful service from Cortese Service Department. I have always gone to the Mercury shop and been outstanding pleased. This is first time I recall having gone to the Ford Center. I wasn't aware when I made the Saturday appointment that Lincoln no longer service department was open & was made at the Ford center. All went very well, pleasant staff, very efficient and was a very good experience. Highly recommend Cortese Service departments. I use have dealt with Ed Smith who I very highly praise & enjoy dealing with... he's wonderful. Thank you. More
