One of my first interactions with him was a FaceTime call in the summer heat, where he walked me through the inventory garage to show me color schemes available for my new car. That level of effort and commitment set the tone for the entire experience. John was honest, straightforward, and communicative every step of the way. He respected my budget, gave me clear direction and options, and truly made the buying process a breeze. I also had the joy of reconnecting with Judy Patureau, who I had worked with in the past. Judy has such a wealth of knowledge and such a warm, generous spirit that she immediately put me at ease. I enjoyed working with her so much previously that I knew I wanted her involved again—and she went out of her way to come in during her scheduled vacation just to be part of my car-buying process.
