In May 2025 John Loving assisted us in buying a vehicle and we had an amazing experience. John was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, my car was totaled 1/22/2026 and I contacted John and he and we had an amazing experience. John was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, my car was totaled 1/22/2026 and I contacted John and he showed compassion towards our situation and found us another vehicle, the process was quick and stress free. We appreciate John for easing this stressful situation for us and going above and beyond for us. JT Teodora in the finance department also friendly and knowledgeable making the transaction smooth and quick. I highly recommend John Loving and JT Teodora at Westside Lexus. More

Only problem was getting settled with a financial rep. First two dropped me for some reason about a better fit into their schedule. JT, the third rep was great. otherwise, my lease deal went good.
