Was quoted 900-1000$ for the 100k service which included new spark plugs & changing and or topping off all the fluids & oils, plus tire rotation, long story short when I showed up to my appointment , appare new spark plugs & changing and or topping off all the fluids & oils, plus tire rotation, long story short when I showed up to my appointment , apparently the spark plug replacement wasn’t part of the service and all in total I was charged aprox double what they quoted over the phone,… and to put a cherry on top they totally neglected to reset my service soon indicator light and also did not put the oil change interval sticker in my windshield. What else was forgotten and or overlooked? They asked for my feedback, so here it is. And I Hope they’re happy with my less than positive feedback. My suggestion to anyone reading this would be to get a written estimate for services before just trusting what they say over the phone. THE END… More
