When I asked Mr.
Durman the price of the car he told me 18,500. Turns out this was the amount I was financing. If I had known the car cost 24,500, I would have never
Durman the price of the car he told me 18,500. Turns out this was the amount I was financing. If I had known the car cost 24,500, I would have never signed. No one ever disclosed the price of the car to me. I was only ever told 18,500 as the price. Verbally the price was different from the paper I signed. When I asked Mr Durman to explain each paper I was signing he did so, but quickly skipped over the bill of sale, stating the price was 18,500. When I said “oh so I am financing 12,500” he did not correct me. It is horrible to do that to a 19 year old first time car buyer.
