The service department checkin is easy. Waiting area is modern and clean with plugs easily available to charge my device if I need to. Normally great service. After waiting 1 1/2 hours for my oil change to finish I inquired about it being completed. They said not yet. But I saw my car in the parking lot After waiting 1 1/2 hours for my oil change to finish I inquired about it being completed. They said not yet. But I saw my car in the parking lot so I persisted that they keep looking for my keys. Turns out it was done and had been for a while, but no one paged me nor went to the waiting area to see if I was there. Not sure why this happened except maybe because the person who checked me in was gone for the day when I checked on my car status. I'm sure that normally someone is designated to take care of the customer in that situation? Maybe there was not a good handoff upon his departure. More
