It was good prompt service, however when I first arrived, and you were not crowded at all, a service advisor bit my head off because I was 3 steps away from my truck...at the service desk. He is at the desk beside Costas. I understand Rob Warren is no longer there, but he did a lousy job of explaining the features of the truck when I bought it.
