Our car salesman made a big mistake and told us the car
that we bought had features that it did not have. To his credit though, he was very honest about his mistake and even told his boss, somebody named R

There was also a mistake on the car that we bought because it was supposed to be $27,700 and they charged us $28,200. The unfortunate part about this is that I needed it to buy a car and so I purchased another car from you. The car salesman was very apologetic and seemed very sincere, his boss could not have cared that we bought a car and had to return it the next day. I had a horrible experience in purchasing this car and I can assure you I will never recommend Showcase Honda to anyone. I don't know that I can prove deceptive practices, but I don't know what else to call it. The price difference between $27,700 and $28,200 I have the paperwork proving it. Most people I talk to believe that car salesman and car dealerships have a reputation as being dishonest and unfortunately I cannot dispute that.

It’s unacceptable behavior from someone in a leadership position. I would never recommend Showcase Honda to anyone, and based on the many negative reviews I’ve seen, I’m clearly not alone. This dealership knowingly sells vehicles with mechanical problems and then tries to shift the blame onto the customer—exactly what this arrogant sales manager tried to do. Showcase Honda seriously needs to take a hard look at the consistent stream of complaints they receive and make real, lasting changes—starting with how they treat the customers who walk through their doors.
