Good, up until another customer came in and we got sent to the reception area and waited an hour to finalize the sale. Maybe that’s their procedure. Didn’t care to have the finance “extra” packages sprung to the reception area and waited an hour to finalize the sale. Maybe that’s their procedure. Spectacular purchase experience from Start to Finish. I began my new car search on line. Worked with Lisa Smood in Zeigler's internet sales department. Gave her my desired color, features, trim level, and add-ons I wanted. She set up an appointment to come in. Met the sales manager who had me work with Isaiah McWhorter. Isaiah had my trade in evaluated and we arrived at a fair deal. Best part was they did not play games or try to low ball me which I sincerelyappreciated. They did not have the color I wanted. However, they were able to locate exactly what I wanted and had it brought in. Closed and picked up my new car a few days later. Zeigler clearly has a team approach to customer service. Isaiah introduced me to the finance manager who was awesome. He also introduced me to the service manager and the team in the parts department. They really value their customers.
