This is the worst dealership I’ve ever done business with. Completely disorganized. There was a woman constantly yelling- somebody lost keys, somebody locked the keys in a car, why aren’t customers bein with. Completely disorganized. There was a woman constantly yelling- somebody lost keys, somebody locked the keys in a car, why aren’t customers being helped!? Just like very uncomfortable yelling for everyone to hear. Tons of customers waiting, they stay overbooked and have atrocious customer service. I waited three hours for an oil change. The attendant that helped me was trying to force me into awkward conversations about my outfit choices, tattoos and put my cell phone number in his phone without asking so he could text me. 0/10 hate this place and so glad my free oil changes are done. This was my first time visiting the Cape Coral location. I’m new here, just moved from West Palm Beach and I have to say EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE was so friendly and truly helpful.
