Went in to just test drive the X3 M50 as the start of my new car search, but both the car and the service was so good that I bought without going anywhere else. Switched from a 2023 Audi and this experience just blew them away. My husband also owns a BMW that was purchased elsewhere but now serviced at BMW West Chester and he can't say enough about the team there as well, so I know I'm in good hands going forward. More

I had an excellent experience at BMW of West Chester. I arrived a little late and received a warm greeting of professionalism and respect. The receptionist knew I was coming and addressed me by name. Ian Martin was my sales advisor and was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure I knew all about the process. Ian took his time explaining all of the software and mechanical features with ease and was able to answer all my questions. All the staff were amazing.
