He was highly professional, knowledgeable about the selections offered and offered excellent advice. Ken was one of the most courteous agents we have ever dealt with and willingly looked for a vehicle that met our wishes and desires. We bought a BMW within one day. Ian was so patient in explaining the vehicle operating system and walking us through everything we needed to know. He answered our questions and offered his services whenever needed. Mike was personable, efficient and had everything ready to sign which simplified the buying process. What a great experience! More

I have visited a few BMW dealerships over the years, and this location is my absolute favorite! The salesperson I work with is very friendly, kind and extremely patient. I never feel rushed or like I am jus this location is my absolute favorite! The salesperson I work with is very friendly, kind and extremely patient. I never feel rushed or like I am just another sale. He finds the perfect car for me every time and works out the best deal within my budget. Can’t imagine working with anyone else! I also prefer BMW Westlake for my service appointments, even though it’s a little further away for me than other locations. Nothing compares to the quality of service and the overall experience I have at BMW Westlake! More
