He found the part we needed in another city and had it fixed the day the part came in. When test driving it another problem was found so we decided to trade it in on a lease of a new Highlander. Faraz was very helpful in getting us a good trade in value for our older vehicle. He made the whole experience a good one by being so friendly and concerned for us. We are loving our new car!
