Excellent customer service from Ian in service department! The purchase of a vehicle is a small amount of time compared to continued relationship with the Service Department throughout the life of the vehicle. We have gone straight to Ian Davis in the Service Department for years. We specifically schedule with him and we make sure he is working when we bring our vehicles in. As a service technician, the care that Ian gives us is the primary reason we continue to purchase our vehicles from this dealership. He is knowledgeable, honest, straightforward and he has our complete trust. Thank you Ian and thank you to Toyota of Des Moines for employing such a top-notch individual! More
